Dynamic Meditation with Elle Luna
This 60-minute meditation is fast, intense, and will clear the decks before our evening of dance. An elegant combination of evocative music and rhythmic breathwork awakens our own healing intelligence, providing insight and opening doorways into the space beyond the stories.
Elle Luna (http://instagram.com/elleluna) is an artist, author and eternal student of holotropic states, most notably breathwork in the lineage Stan and Christina Grof, founded at the Esalen Institute in the 1970s.

About Trecca
In addition to being a producer and selecta, Micah Trecca is a mover, dancer and core member of the KEDC ohana. He has honed all these skills and crafts for the purpose of healing and self realization, for himself and his community. Music and movement are the two most important medicines of his path.
