Many hands make light work. We always appreciate it when members of the community pitch in here and there .

General Help:

• Setup:

  • 6:30 -7:00 pm

  • Help set up our sound system (no experience required) and decorations

  • Anyone welcome! Just come a little early.

• Takedown:

  • 9:15 (mid-closing circle) - 9:45 pm

  • Anyone welcome! Just hang back and help us out after closing circle.

Check In:

• 7:00 - 8:30 pm

• We’re looking for individuals who can commit to this shift at least once per month. If you do, you dance for free in the last 30 minutes of the dance, AND receive passes for 2 free full dances.

• How it works:

  • Send us a message (form on the right) and answer the following questions:

    • What does the dance mean to you?

    • What do you think is important to share with new people coming to the dance

  • Have a brief interview with the team

  • If you get selected, you can sign up for a slot (we request you do so once a month if possible)

  • You’ll receive 2 free dance passes or future dances each time you do check in
